Motoe Cafe is located in the renovated former Motoe Shoten general store. The cafe inherited its name from the original occupants. It has a neat, fresh interior, with good quality for the price. We created what we would want if we were customers.

- Next after Kasaoka is the port called Konoshima. Only regular ships stop at its harbor, but using it as a base for travel can save \480 per person round trip. While not official parking lots, there are place to park free of charge, so it is recommended as a means of access that is more budget-friendly for family trips.
You can cross to Manabeshima on the ferry departing Konoshima at 8:30AM, 11:40AM, 2:30PM, and 6:10PM.
You can return from Manabeshima to Konoshima on the ferry at 6:30AM, 9:22AM, and 4:35PM.
However, there are no convenience stores nearby. If you need to do shopping, please take care of it in Kasaoka or Fukuyama city center.
Please search the following coordinates on Google Maps for parking lot locations. There will be many cars parked there, so you will know right away.

- Disembark at Manabeshima Port and go south about 50m past the three-way intersection. Turn right at the torii shrine gate, and it is right ahead.
